Last weekend I was part of the support crew for an adventure race.   Adventure racers are crazy people that run, bike, and paddle through the woods for roughly 40 miles.  I’d rather chop my toes off than try something like that, so I “support”.  The scenery is beautiful, the people are fun.  To see more from the race click here:  Blue Ridge Adventure Race
